Customers Fault Description : The wire that connect to the battery have broken. Also if you happen to have a replacement battery cover as I’ve lost mine, it would be appreciated
This fire remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was broken and the cover was missing.
A new cable was fitted but the buttons did not respond. All 4 buttons were then replaced which restored full functionality.
We have had a look for a replacement battery cover but sadly we dont have one and they cannot be purchased as spares.
