Customers Fault Description : when pressing buttons it all seems to be working but the receiver unit is not responding to the inputs.
This fireplace control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as normal operation on every button press.
The control was opened to test for any intermittent issues but again a faulty could not be replicated, this has therefore deemed this item as "no fault found" and suggest that the issue may be with the receiver itself.
