Customer's Fault Description
Replaced with new batteries the unit flashes green two or three times then stops. Then when I press the power button nothing happens. The green light doesn't come on showing that the unit is working.

 

This caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from its power button press.

This was due to the usual print corrosion, the print was reworked which restored full functionality.
