Customers Fault Description : the controller doesn’t seem to power on i have fitted new battery but still no lights on

 

This caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be non responsive.

When opened the issue was found to be a shattered IC (See image).  This is a programmable IC which sadly is not available as a spare, you can get blank IC's but these will not work.

This item was scrapped on the 18th 9 19 as per our terms and conditions
