Customer's Fault Description
Volume button does not work. Generally this is the main issue but could do with checking as not been able to use it for some time.

 

This hifi controller arrivedsafely and on inspection the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced)

On testing the volume buttons were confirmed to be non responsive.

This was due to worn pads, these were reworked which restored full functionality.
