Customers Fault Description : not working. not the batteries
This sound bar remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening there was a crack in the print which had caused a few open circuits. The print was reworked which restored full functionality and also the PCB was reinforced using hot melt glue.
