THE RC NO LONGER OPERATES/PAIRS WITH THE CONSOLE DESPITE 2 BATTERY CHANGES

 

This Bose control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on every button press as per normal operation.  The device was opened to check for any intermittent issues but no problem could be replicated.  This has deemed this item as "no fault found"
