Customers Fault Description : Remote not working
This Wurlitzer remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening there was a diode that was burnt and shattered and also its corresponding transistor and IR led. All were replaced which restored full functionality.
The customer was also supplied a clone with basic functions as a back up.
