Customers Fault Description : The remote is not working at all. Seems to have been dropped as back coming away slightly at top
This Naim controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening the issue was found to be due to a corroded battery terminal (possible due to a battery leakage), this terminal was cleaned up and re-conductivised which restored full functionality.
