Customers Fault Description : 1 metal tab has been detached from circuit boards so unable to connect to battery
This bed controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to be missing one of its battery terminals.
This is a common issue and rather than refit a terminal for it to break again a battery clip / cable was fitted instead.
