Customers Fault Description : Bottom butten (reverse) not working
This Caravan control arrived safely adn on testing was confirmed to have a faulty button, the facia was peeled back and the issue was due to contamination over the button contacts.
The button cap and PCB was cleaned up using alcohol which restored full functionality.
