Customer's Fault Description
did work ok one day nothing, changed batteries no good.no buttons do anything.had been lost for months and found under the sink unit but worked for about 10 times after finding.
This garage control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from any button press.
This was due to a poor solder joint on the battery housing, this was re-soldered which restored full functionality.
