Customers Fault Description : No power to remote despite reset via main mover unit (12v powered) various new batteries used. no LED light from remote unit.
This Motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to respond from its power on double press.
This issue was found to be due to a faulty button array, the facia was peeled apart and cleaned of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
