Customers Fault Description : Plastic casing cracked in two
This garage door control arrived safely and on inspection the case was not fastening together due to a worn screw terminal.
The case was replaced with a replacement (new ones are not available so a second hand casing was fitted), also a pocket protector cover has been supplied as well as 2 new batteries.
