Customers Fault Description : Bottom left arrows not working
This motor mover remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have 2 issues, the first was a faulty battery cable, this was replaced.
The second issue was that the facia button array was faulty. This facia was peeled back and all contaminants removed which restored full functionality.
