Customer's Fault Description
All functions appear to work apart from the reverse direction button. On all the others i get a 'click' from the control box. When selecting reverse direction- nothing

 

This motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non functioning reverse button.

The facia was peeled back and there was a large amount of contamination over the button contacts.  This was cleaned up and full functionality was restored.
