Customers Fault Description : Standby and Up/Dn buttons (top left) not working anymore, but other buttons should be checked (and cleaned if necessary) as well
This audio controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non responsive buttons. On opening contamination was found over a few of the button pads (see image)
This was cleaned up which restored full functionality.
