Customer's Fault Description
Battery coil damaged and the on off switch we have lost some parts after the remote was droped on the floor
This motor mover control arrived safely and on inspection the batter terminals were confirmed to be faulty. Also the power switch was faulty.
These were replaced which restored full functionality.
