Customer's Fault Description
THIS IS A UNIT YOU REPAIRED FOR ME IN MARCH 2017. THE BUTTONS JUST GIVE UP OVER A PERIOD OF TIME.THE FASCIA HAS PERISHED MEANING SOME OF THE BUTTONS DO NOT WORK. THERE ARE 6 BUTTONS AND THE UNIT IS QUITE BASIC, IF IT COULD BE REPAIRED I WOULD NOT BE TOO BOTHERED ABOUT HOW IT LOOKS AS LONG AS IT CAN BE TURNED ON AND OFF. AT PRESENT IT IS NOT DOING ANYTHING
This Triton body heater controller arrived safely and on testing 3 of the buttons were non functioning. This was due to corrosion on parts of the print, the print was reworked which restored full functionality. The remote was then sprayed using a lacquer to hopefully give it some protection but it is important to note that this item is not fully waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
