Customers Fault Description : Infrared broken
This fireplace control arrived safely from the Netherlands and on testing was found to be transmitting as normal. This controller is radio frequency rather than infra red. The RF signal is present on each button press. The item was opened to test for a intermittent issue but no problem could be replicated.
