Customers Fault Description : The remote has stopped working , the screen works and buttons change the settings on the remote screen but the remote is not connecting to the chair so unable to change the settings .
This chair control arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to be transmitting as normal.
The control was opened to check for a reason for a fault but no issue could be replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found and instead it may be that the remote be re-paired with the chair.
