Customers Fault Description : Remote not working, it’s lights up when pressed but doesn’t do anything to fire
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was confirmed not to be transmitting.
This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset itself. This was replaced which restored full functionality.
The receiver was tested as working normally.
