Customer's Fault Description
Remote dead, no infrared light showing when on button pressed. Multiple new batteries have been tried.

 

This triton controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery terminal was disconnected from the PCB.  This was refitted and on testing the control was found to be fully functional.

A replacement battery was also supplied.
