Customer's Fault Description
Gas fire turns on ok but will not turn off when pressing remote button. I changed all the batteries so that is not the problem.

 

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was found to have a faulty button in the handset itself.

Both buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.

No fault could be found with the receiver itself.
