Customer's Fault Description
I seem to have a problem with a Dimplex fire remote control. <br /><br /> It has two buttons (marked 0 and 1) and has RC01-008 moulded onto it. <br /><br /> The fire will not turn on when using the remote - it will turn on manually. I cannot see any indication of a light from the remote LED when the either button is pressed <br /><br /> I have replaced the batteries


This electric fire controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting but the signal was erratic.  This was found to be due to a problematic oscillator.  This was fitted which restored a regular signal on both button presses.
