Customer's Fault Description
Remote seems to be working - light comes on but receiver doesn't respond so gas fire electric motor won't operate. No lights on receiver when the remote is operated. Changed batteries on both remote and receiver.

 

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found not to be transmitting.

This was due to a faulty transducer.  This was replaced which restored full functionality.

No fault could be found with the receiver.
