Customers Fault Description : Only works when you take the remote apart and turn the PCB sideways on to to the uni. Loose internal connection ??
This RK remote control arrived safely and on testing was intermittent in power.
The battery clip was badly damaged (see image) this was replaced and the ribbon connector cleaned which restored normal functionality.
