Customer's Fault Description
Battery terminals are corroded and two wires have come off the receiver remote is working fine but was asked to send it with the receiver.

 

This fireplace control and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the battery block was disconnected and badly corroded, a replacement battery block was fitted but sadly the receiver was found to only work on one channel.

This issue is with the 40.5 khz crystal which is sadly not available as a spare but also there is signs of print corrosion on a small portion of the PCB.  Due to these issues a repair is not possible
