Customers Fault Description : remote fell resulting in function buttons not working
This control arrived safely and on inspection the fixing screw mount was broken and the remote was taped together.
On testing no power was found to the board, this was due to a faulty battery cable.
The cable was replaced as well as a replacement back cover fitted.
