Customer's Fault Description
All buttons seem to work only when they want to which is not very often.<br /><br />
Even when the red light illuminates the control doesn’t seem to do much - especially controlling flame height.<br /><br />
The red light will illuminate sometimes. Put the remote down and pick it up again then nothing.<br /><br />

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This control arrived safely and on testing was very intermittent. This was due to a few issues, the buttons were contaminated with some liquid, all four button were replaced.
The intermittent issue was caused by a faulty oscillator. This was replaced which restored full functionality.
