Customers Fault Description : None if the buttons are working and the battery compartment is broken. I sent pictures of the remote via Facebook. Regards Helen Heeney
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace control arrived safely and on inspection the casing was held together by tape and the circuit board was miss positioned, also the battery cable was broken.
The battery cable was replaced as well as all four buttons which restored functionality, the case was cleaned up and held together by a replaced fixing screw.
Please note that the battery cover cannot be replaced as these are not available as spares.
