Customers Fault Description : No control signal showing on light receiver. All batteries changed. Hand control lights showing

This fire remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the control itself was found not to be transmitting on either channel.

This was due to a faulty US transducer in the remote itself.  This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
