Remote not working / connecting to system. <br /><br /> Battery has been changed but still no joy

This brake roller control arrived safely and on inspection the battery terminals were bent out of position meaning that no power was getting to the PCB.  The terminals were bend into place which restored power.

The customer is requested to test this remote full upon receipt as the signal that is present is weak but we cant test if this is normal operation.
