This Bose controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on every button. 

The control was opened to check for any intermittent issues but no fault could be replicated.  This has deemed this remote as no fault found.

The customer is requested to check the batteries in case poor quality / low power ones were used, other than this the fault could be with the receiver itself.
