Customers Fault Description : Hi, remote in poor condition and not working. Top row of buttons still present
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Hofmann wired control arrived safely and on inspection there were a few issues found.
The conductive button array was inserted backwards, the oscillator was up ended on one of the pins and the LED was broken.
All these issues were rectified and the cable hot glued into place to make it a bit more secure.
