Customers Fault Description : Remote was dropped a short distance on carpeted floor battery fell out but no obvious damage. Remote light comes on but remote does not control the fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This gazco gas fire remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on any channel.
This was due to a faulty US transducer, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
