Customers Fault Description : Electric fire does not respond to remote control

This electric fire control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as normal on every button.
The control was opened to check for any defects but no issue could be replicated.
This has deemed this item as working and the issue is most likely with the fire itself.
