This Denon controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have a few buttons being non responsive, when opened this was found to be due to contamination over the button array (see image) and also some print corrosion, this was cleaned up and the print reworked which restored full functionality. 

A replacement battery cover was supplied as luckily we had one spare.
