Customers Fault Description : I have two remotes - 1 used daily just stopped working the other is unknown. Does not light up when button is pressed

These two garage door controllers arrived safely and on testing both were not responding from their button presses.
This was due to the same fault on both controls whereby the buttons themselves were faulty, these were replaced which restored full functionality.
