Customers Fault Description : changed batteries and still not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This electric fire controller arrived safely and on testing the top 3 buttons were non responsive.
On opening the issue was found to be due to contamination over the button array. This was cleaned up and full functionality was restored.
