Customers Fault Description : Remote does not work. Surprising as was fine 2 months ago. I have changed battery but no light showing on the front as usual when any button is pressed. i would be grateful if you could repair, please. Nothing appears to be broken.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This golf trolley remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from any button.
This was due to corrosion on the facia print array (most likely due to water contamination over the years).
The facia was split apart and the print was repainted using conductive paint. This restored full functionality.
