Customers Fault Description : The remote still works to switch the fan on but the "off" button and the "light" button do not respond.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This ceiling fan control arrived safely and on testing many of the buttons were sluggish / non responsive.
This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were fitted which restored full functionality.
