Customers Fault Description : Auto timer and down buttons not working

This faber gas fire remote arrived safely and on inspection the case was badly warped due to it melting. This made the buttons difficult to actuate.
Electronically the remote was found to be working fine, therefore a replacement case was fitted which restored normal button functionality.
