Customers Fault Description : Not working at all. Checked battery and tried new replacement, but still u/s.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This waterproof remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead.
On opening this was found to be due to breaks in the print due to water contamination. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
Please note that this item is Not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future issues.
