Customers Fault Description : Buttons not working. Cannot light fire. Have replaced batteries to no avail. Buttons occasionally work if you keep pressing at different angles.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing the buttons were confirmed faulty. All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
