Customers Fault Description : I spilled some wine on it, but didn't get to dry it off quick enough. It still functions with new batteries but burns through them in a day or so.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Yamaha handset arrived safely and on testing some buttons were non responsive.
On opening there was contamination over parts of the PCB but also one of the print tracks was corroded causing an open circuit. This was cleaned up and the print reworked which restored full functionality.
