Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Bose home cinema remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead.

This was found to be due to an open circuit resistor, this was replaced which restored power.  Testing in the workshop showed "no signal" this is due to the receiver not being present.  The customer is requested to test the remote upon receipt.
