Customers Fault Description : After changing ba there's wors intrmitting
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non responsive / sluggish buttons.
On opening this was found to be due to decomposed button contacts, this had contaminated the PCB contacts.
The PCB was cleaned up and new button caps were glued into place.
