it doesn't work it seems dead and sounds like there are some broken parts inside
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Tulip remote arrived safely from Italy and on inspection the screen was found to have a crack in its corner (see image) and also the remote has parts loose inside as it rattles.
After conversing with the customer the screen was bypassed and a repair was carried out. On opening there was a transistor and capacitor that had become detached from the PCB (The transistor was missing). Both these items were replaced which restored functionality. The screen does work but a small portion of the word OFF is missing.
