Customers Fault Description : 9v PP9 Battery connections have been pulled off during changing gh batteries. Remote does work no issue but could need new connection.

This caravan mover remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged battery clip, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
